　　The Measurement Instrument Research Institute of Liuzhou KeLu was established in June

1993 as a modern technological enterprise with legal entity, specializing in development,

manufacturing, sales, and services of special-purpose measuring instruments. Concurrently,

it also conducts business in ordinary machinery and electro-mechanical products.

Our Institute has flexible mechanisms and possesses a group of experienced, progressive,

and skilled specialists and professionals. On the basis of specialization and large-scale,

its development aim is to provide the best customer services based on the world-class high

technology, in conjunction with the needs of communication development, as well as its own

acknowledged by national and international customers. The China Ministry of Railway has

dictated nationally to promote our Institute’s scientific instruments.
